Deliveries:
We ship worldwide. The delivery time and shipping costs depends in the shipping destination. See table below for the details for all our destinations.
Please note that we only ship orders after receiving payment.
If the package is returned to us because of an error on your side (ex.: incorrect address, no one at the delivery address to receive the order) we may ask you to pay again for us to ship the goods back to you. In these cases we may also refuse to exchange or return your order depending in the time that has passed after the failed delivery attempt.
Please be aware that during shopping peaks (ex.: Christmas, Black Friday) delivery times may be longer.
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds Policy

Exchanges
You can exchange any item of your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Simply email us to support@maray.pt with your intention, the reason for the exchange. After receiving our email confirmation acknowledging your request send us the items in its original package and in unused condition to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. For your convenience, and depending on your location, we can ask our courier to pick the returned items from your shipping location using our agreed fees. If you decide to ship the items yourself you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Do not ship us any goods unless you have told us of your intention my email. Any items received at our warehouse without our explicit consent by email will not be elligible for exchange and will stay with us until you pick them up or send us payment for shipping them back to you.
Items on sale are not eligible for exchanges unless they are defective (see Returns and Refunds).
Returns and Refunds:
We only accept returns for defective items. You can return any defective item of your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Simply email us to support@maray.pt with your intention, the reason for the return and pictures of the defect. After receiving our email confirmation acknowledging your request send us the items in its original package and in unused condition to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied using your original method of payment. An email or sms (depending on your contact preferences) will be sent to you confirming the processing of the refund. We will also compensate you for shipping the defective items to us by an amount equivalent to our shipping costs of sending the item to you.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@maray.pt.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged except if they are defective and if previously authorized by Maray by the email address support@maray.pt (see section on Returns and Refunds)
